Once you've found some people basically you find out if any of them are interested and you get them to sign a purchase agreement. You then write up a new contract between the two, basically you're selling your option to the new buyer for the difference. You have to do the paperwork right so that you're selling an option and not considered a real-estate agent. It's probably possible to do something with all the people who are in trouble with potential foreclosures, but it is going to be work.
